Robin Renovation LLC is seeking to hire a full-time employee to engage in home remodeling projects such as framing, siding, drywalling, tiling, installing flooring, replacing/moving doors and windows, etc. QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to correctly operate motorized hand tools and trade specific tools and equipment • Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements • Ability to read plans • Previous experience working in the construction industry • Should exhibit good judgment in the field including safe work practices and adhere to company policy at all times • Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license • Able to lift heavy objects and/or up to 80 lbs., walk and stand for long period of time, and perform strenuous, repetitive physical labor • Work independently and also with a small team • Willing and able to pass on knowledge and teach skills as applicable to other team members • Preferred that applicants have their own basic tools RESPONSIBILITIES • Be a team player who will do whatever it takes to provide a quality product for the team/organization and the client • Member of a high-performance team traveling to customer’s homes to perform scheduled work in Portland/Vancouver area • Punctual and reliable • Self-motivated • Desire to grind it out daily knowing that hard work is rewarded BENEFITS • $32-$40 per hour, dependent on skills and experience • Bonuses for jobs completed on time and under budget If interested, email your resume or provide a description of applicable skills and experience with your contact information.
