Looking for immediate assistance with old house repairs and janitorial work in St Johns neighborhood. This will involve some cleaning, hauling supplies/junk, preparing for painting (taping and tarping). You must be able to assist in moving drywall panels, construction tools and other heavy items. If you have any construction skills (carpentry, tiling, drywall repair) let me know that as well. If you have abilities in one or more of these areas - great! There is likely enough work here to keep you working for several days or weeks. I will pay $20/hr for your work. If you are diligent - work independently and do GOOD work, you will earn $25. Please only individuals that can commit to a solid 4-6 hours of work per day need reply. I am flexible on work days - if you have other gigs going, happy to work around that with proper notification.
