small but growing landscape maintenance company in the city of Maricopa. Looking to hire 1 or 2 full time laborers. job is full time 5 days a week with Saturday optional. Some Saturdays may be mandatory if weather inhibits work during the week. must have at least 6 months of experience in residential maintenance. Understand basic operation and maintenance of power equipment. A valid driver's license would be great to growth with the company to eventually become a crew leader/driver. Requirements: 6 months of experience minimum reliable enough to work 5 days a week with your own transportation to and from work basic knowledge of power equipment basic knowledge of trimming of shrubs Job will include but not limited to: trimming of shrubs/trees, cleaning up debris, proper mowing of lawns, blowing debris, weed control application, basic maintenance of equipment. This is an outdoor job and you will be exposed to the elements of the desert. you will be responsible for dressing accordingly and wearing the proper attire. absolutely no open toed shoes, tennis shoes or boots are required. would prefer someone local to the city of Maricopa. Trucks trailers and equipment are all provided. This is a full time position year round work. weekly pay and paid holidays after 3 months and paid vacation after 1 year of full time employment. do not contact me if your not willing to show up on time every day and willing to work. pay will ultimately depend on your own personal performance.
