We have morning shifts and an afternoon shifts. All individuals are assigned to also cover one or two overnight emergency on call shifts. You do this by simply being the one we will call and send if there is an emergency jobs after 8 pm and before 5 am on average twice a month as the emergency act as on-call overnight shift on a rotating basis. Hours are typically right around 40 a week but sometimes less and sometimes you get a bunch of OT. You will not get home at the same time every day. It is not uncommon to get your 40 hours in a pattern like 12 6 10 8 4 verse 8 8 8 8 8. We start most new hires at $15 per hour or possibly a little more if you have a valuable or a unique skill we lack and With strong performance over first 90 days you can be moved to a Team lead salaried position starting at $900 a week.
