The superintendent plans and oversees day to day operations with work crew to assure service standards and timelines are met. Knowledge of planning and prioritizing activities successfully is a must. Learning intricacies of 3 properties including turf care, irrigation systems, equipment maintenance and operation including backhoe operation, property appearance standards, product placement and care, specific care to specialized areas, understanding contracts for outside maintenance work and contracting for outside maintenance work as needed, leading by example and working along side crew. Ability to learn and clearly understand map system on properties is critical. Customer service skills both internal and external is a high priority. Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
