PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING (Otherwise please do not email/call): No experience is needed but if you have experience in this field that's a plus! MUST have reliable transportation to the yard, valid PA driver's license is not needed but a plus! CALL or EMAIL for on the spot interview! HOURS: FULL TIME and PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE! L-O-N-G hours/days vary. Must be available to work weekends. PAY: Grounds men: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour determined upon experience Final pay rates are determined after the probationary period and evaluation; all pay rates are dependent upon experience and background/knowledge of the field! Also, there's a POSSIBILITY that we are willing to increase pay rates based on how YOU prove your experience, knowledge, work, and work pace! Duties will include the following but are not limited to: Picking up debris and trash on the lots to prepare for the mowing. A plus but not required: Experience in PROPER Mowing, Trimming, and Usage of Blowers. Driving/maneuvering of walk behind. Rider/mower experience MUST BE CONSISTENT on having a SAFE and CLEAN work site at all times, including having all tools/equipment/trucks accounted for and security of. ** NOTE: We are also always interviewing for the following positions : EXPERIENCE TREE CLIMBERS EXPERIENCE TREE GROUNDSMEN EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPERS DRIVERS/OPERATORS (CDL LICENSE A PLUS ) ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Passionate to work no matter how big or small the job!
