Description
Well, I see that our little Trump buddy has latched onto yet another big word, and usual he is using it until it is worn out... and then some... and also as usual, he hasn't got a clue as to what the word means, since he continually uses it wrong. But he won't let that stop him. To him (yes, it is “him”, not “he, she, it”) using the word “rubric” makes him sound knowledgeable and important. Oh well, to me it is just another opportunity to laugh at him. Keep it up, Little Guy!
