Trash Pickup & Light Gardening - 2-3 days per week

I'm looking for someone who is available on the weekends (Saturday + Sunday) for 1-2 hours per day in O'Fallon, IL to help with trash cleanup (picking up trash that's blown around a commercial shopping center). That's the main need, but we also need someone to help with light gardening, including planting flowers in flower pots and watering them.
