I have a 1000 Sq ft condo, ground floor no kids or roommates or parties I have a cleaning service every two weeks so my place stays typically clean (see pictures), this position is for general tidyness in between my full cleanings, dishes, laundry, light errands and other household tasks - 2 days a week, 3-4 hrs a day. You can choose the days. I work 7 days a week 8-10 hr days during my busy season and I don't have time for anything right now which is the reason I'm looking for help with part time household duties. I'm near Austin Bluffs and Academy area. Must be dog friendly I have an almost 3 year old corgi trained and very well behaved. Household tasks: - Cooking - prefer low carb and low sugar due to type 2 diabetic but I maintain it well so it's not a strict diet. I don't have a specific cuisine prefer variety. I can find recipes if it helps. - Walk dog, take to daycare or dog park once or twice a week or vet etc if needed - Put dishes in dish washer, empty dish washer if needed - Laundry - Make bed (no changing sheets) - Light grocery shopping for cooking - Organizing cabinets, shelfs if needed - Various household tasks and general tidyness - Possible dog grooming if experienced but not required he has a mobile groomer No cleaning bathrooms (except getting clothes for laundry) No mopping or vacuuming floors for the most part unless a touch up was needed Pay: $20/hr - 2 days a week x 3-4 hrs a day + $1 a mile for any driving related errands Flexible schedule Mon-Fri you choose the days, can change as needed Choose your hours between 9am-5pm Take days off whenever you like theres no schedule - up to your availability Same day pay Venmo, Cash App or PayPal Applicants: List which cuisines you cook or any of your favorite dishes you cook Which area do you reside?
