check engine light on... code PO 455--internet search says the following: 1. Replacing the gas cap if it doesn't tighten or seal. bought new cap...still throwing code 2. Replacing the fuel filler neck if it's damaged or has anything that would prevent it from sealing with the cap. 3. Repairing any hose problems. I hit a bump 2 months ago in my 2009 Honda Civic...lost fuel gauge...no reading from dashboard mobile mechanic pulled outside tank fuel pump and said that the spring loaded arm was detached...he put it back together, and reinstalled the pump(access thru the trunk) my fuel gauge immediately sprung back to life....but three days later I threw a check engine light code was PO 455 he pulled the pump again and cleaned it up and put back in...still getting code does this sound familiar to anyone??? I am thinking fuel pump is failing? thank you
