Property Management Company seeking a hard working individual to work on landscaping some of our properties. Must have your own lawn tools: 1. Must have good work habit and attitude. If you are lazy or out of shape, don't waste your time applying. This is an outdoor labor gig, must be in good physical shape. 2. Saw / Ax: to trim bushes and cut down branches 3. Shovel to plant new plants. 4. Rake to spread mulch Items needed to be done on the properties: 1. Trim down bush, including thick bird of paradise bushes 2. Plant plants 3. Mulch 4. remove grass in certain areas to create new plant bedding area. $15/hours and will pay by the job based on the $15/hours If you hustle and work fast than you can finish fast. BUT work needs to be done right.
