🏢🛠Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for a Apartment Maintenance Technician position to join our team in support of our 21 South at Parkview Apartments! ❄HVAC experience needed for this position❄ 💰PAY: Up to $22 an hour plus amazing bonuses Full benfit package, 20% off an apartment, 80hrs pto 1st year What You Need: • 1+ years’ experience in maintenance • HVAC experience • CPO Certification strongly preferred • Dry walling including painting and carpentry • Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe • Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures • Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal • Water heater knowledge both electric and gas “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process."
