What We Offer: • Paid time off • 401K • Medical, Dental, Vision • Competitive Pay • Supplemental Life Insurance Available Responsibilities: • Communicate parts order status with customers and staff in a friendly, professional and accurate manner. • Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock • Specify part numbers using an Electronic Parts Catalog and Dealer Management System to identify parts • Process orders through vendor web sites • Utilize dealer websites to procure information needed to place and identify correct parts • Follow proper email correspondence for requests and orders Qualifications: • Experience with automotive (preferred) not necessary. • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic Must be able to pass pre-employment screen Come by and fill out an application at Toyota of Newport service department 8-5 M-F 3234 S Coast Hwy South Beach, OR 97366
