Responsibilities: • Sell and sign-up contracts with new customers with water damage, mold and fire damage. • Assist homeowner with calls to insurance company to open a water damage claim. • Weekly on-call and weekend rotation (Based on on-call schedule). • Demolition of drywall, cabinetry and flooring materials. • Assist construction crew with material deliveries and debris pick up. • Drying equipment setup and monitoring. • Mold remediation/ clean up. • Crawl space sewage remediation/ clean up. • Water sewage extraction. • Accurately complete required documentation such as moisture logs and scope sheets. • Accurately document, move and safely store homeowner furniture. • Schedule and manage flood technicians for demolition work. • Communicate with management, administration, customers and insurance adjusters. • Furniture Moving Requirements: • Driver’s License (Clean driving record is required) • Fluent in English language. • Strong communication ability. • Sales or outgoing personality • Strong work ethic. • Great attitude. • Ability to lift 75lbs. • Pre-employment background check. • Team player. • Good personal hygiene. • Professional demeanor. Qualifications: • Must have own hand tools for construction demolition. Preferred: • IICRC Certification • Bilingual (English/ Spanish Company will provide: • Drying Equipment, Moisture Meters and Thermal Imaging Camera • Sales Training and Technical Training • "Expert Service with Integrity" Training • Work Vehicle • Gas Card • Phone Available bonus structure: • $40 for each job signed. • $25 for each Yelp review that mentions you or your team. • $75 Weekend on-call pay.
