Working out is one of the most important things we can do and stretching goes along with working out like two peas in a pod.
Stretching is also good especially for your most important muscle. A fellow had a program and increase this from 3.5 in to 7.5 in two stretching programs. I'm a field engineer and that's over 100% which is amazing. I'm also a newbie b and would like to stretch my lumbosacral muscles.
I am a therapist looking for others to stretch with.
