up for adoption. Been here for a while now. Worked with daily. 2 have a long way to go attitude wise but I've had to split my time among everyone thats here. None are for beginners. 1 friendly U2. Never bonded - mostly prefers men but has come around to women : big personality. Pretty decent vocabulary. Takes her a minute to trust. Does NOT live in a cage here. AGE UNKNOWN - ; MUSCLE ATROPHY OF THE WINGS. Cannot fly far : doesn't usually try. 1 U2 previously bonded : needs work and diet continued for feather growth now that she's officially quit plucking and allowing pins and feathers.. has a cage but DOES come out daily - beak warning. No joke. She's not taken to me at all. Cannot fly as her feathers are only just coming back in from before I took her in. Does not talk but definitely makes noise. She calls for attention: she doesn't mean it to be physical : she just wants you to talk to her. AGE UNKNOWN ; no known atrophy as she does not have the wing feathers to try yet but it won't be long to find out. But I'm willing to assume as she hasn't been able to for a long time and her structure being small : possible atrophy - vet also thinks this is the case. 1 Sulphur never bonded - not nice - prefers males. But absolutely will bite. Has a cage: will not stay in one : wire ties, carabiner, you name it : she's figured it all out in a matter of hours. She's pretty cool to just let roam the house though. If you want any kind of perch to last : you want plastic links for her. Wood is done in minutes. Her diet and ability to be loose are important to her health, she no longer plucks and has a fully tummy of feathers again. Didn't talk when she came to me : still doesn't but after a longggggg time ; she finally makes bird noises instead of just hissing. She's 7 so, plenty of time to learn I think. CAN FLY. If you're not willing to work with them- do not message me. IF YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP THEM CAGED : DO NOT MESSAGE ME. Chop, mazuri pellets and limited seeds, nuts, and dried Fruit for treats. All are cage aggressive, they are birds but will come out on their own. You'll have to provide your own home cage and accessories. for more information ~ will only discuss in private
