Come join an immersive meditation, breathwork and dance session! NEW EVENT AND LOCATION************ Indoor Event!************ Indoor Series! We are starting an Indoor Series and will be using a permanent indoor location to reach more people. We will be meeting inside for anyone unable to attend outdoor events and for anyone who wants something new and fun! This event will is led by Seattle Meditation, Breathwork, Cold Exposure, and Yogic Breathing Cold Plunge Seattle. We love connecting with like-minded persons and creating a more conscious community! Let's group together to meditate, breathe, and dance! Event: 6:30 - 8:30 pm 1) - 6:30 pm Meet and Greet 2) - 6:35 pm: Intro and Announcements 3) - 6:45 pm: Full Breathwork Session : Strong Breath (Yogic or similiar), Kalaphati (medium), Ujjayi (slow) 4) - 7:05 pm: Guided Meditation 5) - 7:20 pm: Group Discussion / Chat 6) - 7:40 pm: Tummo Deeper Breathing 7) - 7:55 pm Personal reflection and Ecstatic Dance! We may shift to the downstairs of our indoor location for coffee/tea afterward.
