Chef Ben presents a 5-course vegan meal (with a limited quantity of gluten-free meals too!) served alongside an optional wine pairing done by Le Pigeon's Ben Roan. Not only a celebration of Spring, but a festival of vegetable! Throughout the dinner, the focal point of each plate will be in the refinery of raw, uprocessed ingredients into corners of the flavor-verse previously unexplored.
