The 2022 Research Colloquium hosted by the Association of Environmental Science Students with keynote speaker Dr. J. Drew Lanham
This is an annual event hosted by students for students who are interested in environmental science or related fields to come together and either share their research, or learn about the diverse array of environment-related research projects happening at PSU through a lightning talk session, oral presentations, and a poster session.
The event will be open to the public and students from any department. The goal of the event is to help foster broader involvement in and dissemination of environmental science on campus and in Portland. We hope to further expand our audience and enrich the experience for students by hosting a keynote speaker, Dr. J. Drew Lanham from Clemson University. Dr. Lanham will be speaking about his research on songbird ecology, as well as the African-American role in natural-resources conservation.
This event will be held in the Native American Student and Community Center on Portland State University campus and catered by Chipotle.
