Join us to walk with and empower other women of Shawnee! This walk started on International Women's Day to create connections and opportunities to get moving. Meet us at 420 East Main St. in front of the Blue Zones Project Office each Tuesday at 4pm. We will grab a coffee and walk to get to know other strong, courageous women of Shawnee! We will meet over the next several weeks to #MoveNaturally towards friendship and empowering others in our community. Any and all are invited. Just come as you are, just don't forget your walking shoes!
