Join Retail Alliance for a ribbon-cutting and open house celebrating Rooted Method. Celebrate the merger of two wonderful wellness brands into one. We will open our doors for a tour of the facility, explanation of services, and an introduction of staff members. We will also partner with other like minded local businesses to help showcase wellness offerings in the VB community. Our goal is to help strengthen and heal the body, mind, and spirit at the foundational level, creating balance and stability for the whole body. Our METHOD is to provide healing, relaxation, and recovery for clients to feel grounded, relaxed, safe, calm, and confident. We follow a natural and holistic approach to guiding the body back to a state of homeostasis- where healing powers are activated. Our Rooted Method encourages exploration of the inner spirit and creating an intimate connection between the mind and body. Whether it is nourishing the gut, calming the soul, or invigorating the spirit, we hope to provide the METHOD to reach your goal during each visit to our wellness spa. Agenda: 10:00 a.m.: Workout by Takeover Crossfit (in parking lot outside) This is a neighboring business. 10:30 a.m.: Stretch session by Studio Bamboo (in parking lot outside) This is a neighboring business. 11:00 a.m. Welcome by Rooted Method 11:04 a.m. A few words by Retail Alliance 11:07 a.m. Mayor/City official to speak 11:12 a.m. Ribbon cutting with all parties with photos 11:15 a.m.- 1:45 p.m. Light refreshments (provided by Rooted Method and Salty Seahorse) for guests and tour of facility (throughout the day), Chair Massages (in parking lot), complimentary 30 minute Reiki sessions (inside), Stretch Session X2 by Tracy Morrison, membership promotions 1:50 p.m. Live raffle 2:00 p.m. Closing *Please note that we may be adding additional services throughout the day to keep the crowd engaged. The time for the speeches will not fluctuate, however.
