Bring everything to the surface with your breath. Accept your humanity, and welcome transformation and awareness. Transformation unapologetically asks us to shed old ways, old parts of ourselves and our lives, especially those that have become a burden. Even if the new path is not crystal clear, we can honor the space between the stories. With transformation comes healing and wholeness. Transformation is not about transcending; it's about moving through the watery depths of our pain and confronting our fears and doubts. Join us as we use the power of our breath to bring everything to the surface and then let it go . . . allowing space for our humanity, welcoming in transformation and awareness. About Breathwork: Breathwork is a technique that draws on the breath to facilitate emotional release. Breathwork focuses on moving and releasing energy held in our bodies to improve our well-being. Through Breathwork you can clear blocks, patterns and behaviors that keep you, from you. Clearing the energy, releasing what is heavy, painful, or stagnant, creates space for what wants to come through you—just like weeding a garden or cleaning your house. When done in a group setting, whether in person or virtually, the movement of energy is even more palpable. In a Breathwork Circle you will find safety, support and like-minded souls that will hold you close to their heart as you will them. Registration closes at 3pm, EST on Friday, May 19th. What to expect: We will open the circle with a short grounding meditation and participants have an opportunity to share their intentions, if they wish. Participants lay down with their eyes closed and will be guided through a three part breathing technique. The active breathwork consists of approximately 30 minutes to a music playlist designed for the group.There will be a 10 minute rest and re-integration period following the active breathwork where you will return to a normal breath pattern. It is often here where we find those moments of clarity.After: you may feel calm, clear, creative, inspired, grounded, more connected to yourself and/ or others, forgiveness, or a combination of some of these. Everyone’s experience is different. In my opinion, there is nothing like regular Breathwork to heal your body/ mind/ spirit. Open your heart to possibilities and join me!
