1.) Eggplant Napoleon with a ceasar salad and strawberry shortcake for dessert
2.) Stuffed chicken florentine with an iceberg salad, green beans, and roasted potatoes. Cheesecake for dessert.
3.) Salmon with a ceasar salad, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Strawberry shortcake for dessert
