A Mother's Day Brunch featuring Chef Kiall Wilson Join us on Sunday, May 8th at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum for a special Mother's Day Brunch pop-up featuring Chef Kiall Wilson. There will be two reservation times available (12pm and 2pm) - tickets are limited for both seatings. Please purchase tickets for your whole party at one time. A $55 ticket includes a three-course brunch and live music. An additional $10 includes a bottomless mimosa bar presented by Turning Tables. A special children's menu is available for $15, and children under 5 are free. Kiall Wilson is a Made In New Orleans (MiNO) Foundation Culinary Scholarship Program Recipient and graduate of International Culinary Center May 2020. He is a alumni of Liberty's Kitchen and most recently Turning Tables cohort of January 2022. More About Chef Kiall After a few years in the food industry, his godmother encouraged him to apply for Liberty's Kitchen, where he learned valuable Back of House and Front of House skills. After completing the program, he went to work at The Maison Du Puy Hotel, Salon by Sucre, and Le Meridien Hotel before receiving the scholarship to culinary school and joining the MiNO foundation. He is dedicated to his family and to New Orleans. He wanted to continue learning and completed the Bar training program with Turning Tables in Janaury 2022. Kiall currently works at Aphrodisiac Restaurant and The Chloe Hotel. Kiall is mentored by many, including MiNO Board Member Chef Martha Wiggins of Cafe Reconcile.
