BEACHWOOD, NJ — Motorists are being told to avoid Route 9 in Beachwood on Thursday morning following a crash that has forced closure of part of the road. Route 9 is closed until further notice between Admiral Avenue and the Route 166 merge, the Ocean County Sheriff's Office said in an alert.
