Learn how to make delicious brioche doughnuts with Emma of Pie & Scone!
We will be frying up two styles of brioche doughnuts, classic rings and filled. Together we'll make a variety of glazes as well as pastry cream based fillings to finish our doughnuts with, and each student will leave with a box of freshly fried doughnuts and in-depth recipes for classic brioche dough, pastry cream, and classic glazes. No special equipment is required for this class!
