Local seniors and families are invited for a ‘sneak peek’ tour of Farmington’s new senior living and memory care community in Farmington Three Rivers Estates Senior Living and Memory Care is inviting local seniors and families to take a ‘sneak peek’ tour of Farmington’s new assisted living and memory care community located at 981 W. Broadway, Farmington, NM 8740. The event is Sunday, April 24, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. The Mission Senior Living community is scheduled to open in fall 2022. According to Steve Lien, administrator, deposits are currently being accepted. Three Rivers Estates offers 92 assisted living apartments and 32 memory care apartments in a variety of floorplans. Services include meals, housekeeping and laundry, transportation, exercise programs, a full-time nurse on staff and emergency call system. A personalized service plan will be created for individuals who need assistance with daily activities, such as medication management, dressing, and bathing. “Three Rivers Estates offers the helping hand older adults need to live as independently as possible, for as long as possible, in a familiar, friendly, neighborhood community,” explained Lien. Amenities include a bistro and coffee nook, movie theater and concierge, barber shop and beauty salon, a wellness center and a private office for visiting physicians. In addition to spacious indoor gathering areas, the community’s enclosed outdoor courtyards offer raised garden boxes for resident gardeners and seating areas. Reflections, Three Rivers Estates’ memory care neighborhood, offers private studio and semi-private studio apartment homes, along with a dining room.
