Description

One day ServSafe Manager training and exam lead by a SJBPH restaurant inspector. Passing this test will allow the attendee to meet Retail Food Code 2-102.12 (A) Certified Food Protection Manager. This course is lead by San Juan Basin Public Health Environmental Health Specialist (restaurant inspector) Ace Else, who has worked in the restaurant industry for 17 years. This class is held in the La Plata County Fairgrounds extension office in the Pine room. Cost of this class is $120 and must be paid to San Juan Basin Public Health prior to the start of the class. Instructions will be sent to your email of how to submit a payment once reservation of a spot in this class is confirmed.
