Looking to hire with potential to learn and grow with a growing company. We have expanded and are looking for people to grow and succeed with us! We are looking for someone to start out as a LEAD INSTALLER(FOREMAN). You will be responsible for completing jobs in a timely manner and meet quality standards. Minimum 2 years of experience is required for this position. If you don't have experience, we will train you... Our main service is 5k/6k gutter installations with occasional 6" half round. We do many different types of installations, from a basic garage all the way up to big custom homes: other services we provide are heat cable/snow retention systems... BASIC REQUIREMENTS: -Teach-able -Valid Drivers License -Consistent and dependable -In good physical shape -Good customer service skills -Comfortable working from ladders up to 32' -Able to lift 120lbs -Professional appearance -Able to follow directions/Company policy's MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: -Reliable transportation/show up every work day ON TIME! -Great work ethic -High quality craftsmanship/quality of work(We have a HIGH STANDARD when it comes to quality!) -Willingness to show up and learn(Yes! Even if you already know everything :) ) KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: -Operating roll forming gutter machine -5K/6K gutter systems -6" half round gutter systems -Speaking with clients on site -Problem solving skills -Different installation techniques -Operating boom/man lifts -Operating common hand tools/power tools -Metal expansion/contraction -Custom gutter miters -Gutter cover installation -Knowledge of how water flows -flashings and flashing techniques -Be able to accurately measure -Previous lead experience Other helpful qualifications/experience: -Heat Cable installation -Snow retention systems/Snow brake installation If you meet these qualifications, we offer TOP PAY for those that have skill and experience. We pay per job/commission. Basically, you are compensated for how hard you work. Lead Installers typically average $30-40/hr on the job, with opportunity for more based on efficiency... If you don't have these qualifications, we are also looking for rain gutter installers/helpers. We will train you to transition from a rain gutter installer/helper into a lead installer. Experience with rain gutters or other trades is preferred but not mandatory. As long as you show up and are willing to learn, you will succeed. Our goal is simple: Who can I help to succeed? We want to succeed and help others succeed! We pay on a results-based basis (Commission) after a trial period. Basically, you are compensated for how hard you work! We have months of work lined up on the books and are ready to bring in more people.
