This limited in-person resource event is for disenfranchised families and community members on the West-Side of Chicago. We are connecting West-Side families to Books, Toys for Toddlers, Art Prints from local artists, Healthy Snacks, Warm Meals, and more! Receive Job Market Update, Resume Building, and Credit Building Seminars! Sign students up for FREE Rock Climbing, and more! Earth's Remedies is a hub of developmental resources, connecting disenfranchised communities to free educational, financial literacy, career-readiness, wellness, and violence prevention resources. Low-income communities are disproportionately targeted, regarding loan discrimination & resource development. The unemployment rate, the low housing opportunities, the lack of fresh produce in the community and the high crime rate indicts the strategic starvation of these communities.
