This isnt your ordinary yoga class ... We make all our events super fun with Teens in mind!
You will learn:
* to use movement to feel more awake and alert
* to use the breath to calm the body down when feeling anxious
* tools to quiet the mind and replace them with more positive thoughts
Grab your yoga mat or a blanket come for a fun experience learning yoga, mindfulness and making your own glitter lava lamp and leave with skills to help you when you are going through life struggles.
