Bunny Yoga with Marjorie
A consistent yoga practice is one of the best ways to feel grounded and steady throughout our busy lives. In this class we will focus on grounding into our breath and steadying our balance postures while building equilibrium of the body, mind, and soul.
Marjorie (@marjoriejoannyoga) is a 500hr certified yoga instructor who adores rabbits and will lead you to a place of inner peace and relaxation.
A limited number of mats are available for use. Masks optional, but strongly encouraged.
