Folks please do not be naive enough to believe that organized crime groups would not have access to nuclear weapons. For example when the former Soviet Union had changed, some of their former military leaders went rouge. A submarine that nuclear weapons capabilities was found to be available on the black market. Fortunately some of our under cover law enforcers had learned of this before it could be sold to the Russian mobsters who have been operating here.
