14 years ago- black typewriter! Lost forever 😞

This might sound insane, but it haunts me to this day! Did you happen to go to an estate sale/ garage sale 14 years ago off Webster RD in Gladstone-? It was a small duplex right off the road! Anyways- my father sold all of my dead mothers things! And 2 of my grandfathers belongings just haunts me to this day! 1. A smallish shinny black typewrite- I have no idea the brand but it was the typewriter him and my grandma wrote their book on! I dream about finding this! 2. A tall wooden coat / hat rack - I remember it being tall med color wood and kind of thicker - Anyways - the guy selling was a taller bigger man - maybe a beard? Can’t remember- my mother had just died and I had to beg to keep Christmas decorations- it was awful, I was only 22 at the time! So if you of anyone you know knows of these two items I will pay anything to have them back! It haunts me I don’t have these! Thank you xoxo
