Join Us to Find Out Why Georgian Wines Are Among The Most Unique On The Planet
Join us Friday April 22nd to discover elegant wines of Georgia presented by special guest Gayle Corrigan, founder of Saperavi USA company and Svetlana Yanushkevich, owner of WineNot Boutique
The tiny country of Georgia is the oldest wine region of the world with an 8,000 year history of making wine. Georgia has at least 430 indigenous grape varieties.
Georgian wines have come onto the world wine map only recently thanks in part to the orange-wine trend, and growing interest in natural wines. Today the Georgian wine industry is in a period of rediscovery, renewal, and growth, and their interesting wine styles have sparked large international interest.
During the event we will be tasting many different wine styles from the boutique Vinobiza winery of Georgia.
