Need help with our Pug Dog Please

We have a Pug dog about 10-12 years old and today noticed he has very huge swollen bumpmon front leg that is bleeding. I feel horrible that I haven't noticed this before. He hasn't been eating last day or 2, that's when I noticed this after work today. He isn't himself and I don't have the money at the moment to get him the care he needs. He is such a sweetie and he's suffering I feel like and I'm asking anyone who could please help me help him and I would be in debt to you.
