Owner of multiple properties is seeking to hire a conscientious, efficient and effective caretaker with the physical ability to perform labor such as grass cutting, mulching, planting, moving wood, cleaning outdoor spaces, using a power washer, etc. The main property is located in Sewickley PA with the remaining properties in a reachable radius, must have a valid driver's license. This opportunity involves but is not limited to general labor for the purpose of cleanup or organization, includes lawn cutting, weeding, planting, mulching, trimming - care of the outdoor areas of the premises as well as the garage; keeping the premises in clean and good order; ensuring proper service by outside vendors such as exterminators, pool service, and lawn/landscape; painting, seasonal landscaping/decorating, basic repairs and maintenance items, care and cleaning of vehicles are included.
