Description

Participants will make a 30-minute mozarella cheese using four ingredients. Ingredients for making this simple cheese include milk, citric acid, rennet and salt. Registered guests will each get to make their own pound of cheese to take home and enjoy. We will learn basic terms associated with cheese making and walk through the process together.
