Be careful. Puppies is a VERY COMMON way for thieves to steal your money. Never, ever, send them money in any way. In fact, call them to have them show you the puppies live on whatssap. "Oh you have the puppies w you right now? Great, let me facetime or whatssap you live so you can show me." You will see they don't have them. At the very least they should be able to send you more pictures. They usually can't because 9 out of 10 times it;s a SCAM! They were going to rob you! If they seem they do have them, then they wont mind meeting you at the local police station for the purchase of the puppy.
