Join Dr. Terri with a group of 9 other participants, as we walk and talk, and then sip and chat about ways to improve self-care!
It's Spring! It is also time to put on those sneakers and be intentional about your self-care! Join in a personal 5-week walking experience (walk on a greenway, a treadmill, or in your neighborhood) virtually or in person with a walking partner and discuss self-care counselor-led questions with Dr. Terri Tilford, LCMHC. Then the group of 10 will dialogue further about being intentional about self-care and overall wellness. Hope you can join this important and empowering conversation!
