Looking for hard-working, responsible individuals to work with existing staff to help maintain family-owned vacation rental properties in the Saint James City area. Need staff to clean the units for guest turnovers, run the laundry, do light yard work (sweeping walkways, trimming bushes, etc), run errands to get supplies, and any other task required to keep the properties clean. Cleaning the units includes, but is not limited to: changing bedding, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming, mopping floors and stairs, cleaning boats, and pool maintenance. The schedule will vary based on upcoming bookings and being available to work weekends is required. Boating experience is a plus but not required. Owners have created a supportive, positive atmosphere and will provide opportunities for more responsibility and growth in the business.
