So I’m looking for a bit of land on somebody’s property or farm to park my travel trailer. I’m willing to pay whatever you think is fair and I’m also happy to help out with any work that needs to get done. I have a construction/general labor background so I’m happy to do pretty much anything, from farm chores to landscaping. I’m in my 20s but I’m pretty quiet and I never party or anything like that. I work full time for a tree service company in Ferndale. I’m a good neighbor and you’ll never have to worry about me causing any sort of issue. My trailer is 24 ft long so it’s small enough to squeeze in most places but large enough to be very livable. It’s a 2018 and I keep it looking nice. I would appreciate hookups like electric and sewer but I definitely don’t need them. I have solar, generators, large water tanks etc. But I would really like to have a water connection so I don’t have to haul my own water. My lease is up in the first week of June but I’m trying to figure everything out asap. Please reach out and let’s see how we can help each other. Thanks a lot.
