A conversation with Yonathan Moya about faith, immigration, and life at the U.S. southern border.
In early 2017, Yonathan & Jordan Moya along with videographer, Jonathan Baez, took a 9-day photographic journey along the U.S. & Mexico border. The purpose of their trip was to listen and gain a fuller perspective on what life and ministry on the border are really like. As they took part in different dialogues, they embraced a fuller understanding of the place they call home.
Today, Border Perspective serves families on the U.S. and Mexico border, equips leaders, advocates for biblical justice, and mobilizes the church on service-learning trips along the South Texas border.
Come hear Yonathan talk about what life is like on the southern border, and how the Christian community can engage the issue of immigration reform and refugee resettlement.
