Fitness-fo movement and musical motivation. It’s grit and grace rolled into one rhythmic experience! Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and a water bottle - and get ready to sweat to heart-pounding beats! This class often incorporates dumbbells, bands, and kettlebells and maybe done barefoot or in shoes.
Guests can bring a mat, towel, water, and optional hand weights (5 pounds max for this class).
