The trauma and resilience workshop will be an introduction to trauma and its impact on individuals and communities. The 3-hour trauma and resilience workshop will be an introduction to trauma and its impact on individuals and communities. Time will be spent understanding types of trauma and identifying what trauma looks like in the Northland. We will also identify what we are already doing well in our community and ways we can enhance resources. Participants will learn about ways to grow their own individual resilience while also helping the community to build its resilience.
