Understanding the terminology and job of each tool to sew, In addition learning the parts of fabric and how to cut out your pieces properly. Time / Task 11am - 11:30am / Waiting for everyone to arrive 11:30am - 2pm / Introduction, lecture, and group activity 2pm - 3pm / lunch + snack time 3pm - 5:30pm / Fabric parts, cutting, and hand sewing 5:30pm - 6pm / Clean up and closing Class 2:Introductory to Seams, Pressing, and ConstructingDate & Time: 4/24/22 (11am - 6pm) Description: This class will be about machine sewing, ironing and pressing, and constructing. We will be going over how to thread your machine, wind your bobbin, the difference between pressing and ironing, and how to sew seams on a sewing machine. Finally, finishing off with the construction of a pillow.
