Looking for land to grow peppers

My business partner and I are growing a large number of peppers this summer we will be crossbreeding. Next summer we will need a big space to plant them to begin selecting the best plants to continue each breed! We're also growing a lot of other unique herbs and vegetables to sell at farmer's markets as well as the peppers we harvest alongside the different sauces we'll be making with the peppers themselves. We would be interested in sharing a cut of the profits and produce, as well as offering to help with other things around the property and possibly even paying rent on the space. We're open to any ideas and interested in working out a deal! We are making lots of plans for the future to be able to start and stabilize many new breeds of peppers and any help will go a long way! We've got a lot of ideas we're working on and are very excited to put them in action!
