Ease the anxiety and stress within the body as we explore and release the most vital muscle, the psoas muscle with meditation & reiki.
Also called the muscle of the soul, the psoas muscles are our structural support and foundation. They are usually in a chronic state of tension and stress due to our lifestyles. This 90 minute event will start with a brief explanation of the psoas muscle then incorporate light stretching to enable its release and your relaxation. That will be followed by a guided meditation to relax you deeper while allowing you the space to release any stored emotions, ending with a reiki clearing. Tea and lite snacks will be served during the event. Space is limited to 10 people in order for each person to get the grestest benefits.
