Require Two Wood Box Covers

I am looking for wood boxes to cover two sets of above-ground irrigation pipes. The measurements for each are below and both can be made out of basic plywood and nails. Do not need anything fancy...just the boxes for protection. Please note I will need these delivered by Thursday evening. Thank you.
