Our office is looking for a full-time maintenance handyman with experience in multiple trades including; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and tile. You must be a team player, both punctual and efficient while maintaining the highest levels of craftsmanship. You will be required to pass a skills and background check. We offer: • Good Wages, • Health, Dental & Vision insurance • Starting pay $27.50 per hour REQUIREMENTS -Multi-skilled craftsmen proficient in plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile & carpentry needs -Must have your own well-maintained vehicle AND tools -Must have Driver’s license and auto insurance -Work experience – we verify technical skills -Ability to work independently with tenants -Required to pass a background check -Must have a positive attitude and be willing to be part of a growing team -Professional in appearance and attire -Organized and disciplined Spanish speaking a plus!
